1. 서비스 성격 / Nature of Service
코인시그널은 가상자산 시장 데이터를 보기 쉽게 정리하고, 투자점수, AI 브리핑, 시장 이슈 요약, 모의투자 기능을 제공하는 정보 서비스입니다.
앱의 점수, 차트, 시장 이슈 해설, AI 브리핑은 투자 권유, 투자자문, 매수 또는 매도 추천이 아닙니다.
CoinSignal is an informational service that organizes crypto market data and provides market scores, AI briefings, market issue summaries, and mock trading features.
Scores, charts, market issue explanations, and AI briefings are not investment solicitation, investment advice, or buy/sell recommendations.
2. 이용자 책임 / User Responsibility
실제 투자 판단과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다. 앱의 정보는 특정 이용자의 투자목적, 재산상황, 위험선호도를 반영한 개인 맞춤 조언이 아닙니다.
Users are responsible for their own investment decisions and outcomes. App information is not personalized advice based on any user's objectives, financial situation, or risk tolerance.
3. 데이터 정확도 / Data Accuracy
외부 데이터 지연, 누락, 오류, 데이터 연동 장애, 거래소 점검, API 정책 변경으로 앱에 표시되는 정보가 실제 시장과 다를 수 있습니다.
Information shown in the app may differ from the actual market due to external data delays, omissions, errors, data integration failures, exchange maintenance, or API policy changes.
4. 모의투자 / Mock Trading
모의투자는 실제 주문이나 체결이 아니며 앱 안에서만 사용하는 연습 기능입니다. 모의투자 결과는 실제 수익 가능성이나 투자 성과를 보장하지 않습니다.
Mock trading is a practice feature used only inside the app and does not place or execute real orders. Mock trading results do not guarantee actual returns or investment performance.
5. 계정과 데이터 / Accounts and Data
Apple 또는 Google 로그인 시 계정 기반 동기화 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 부정 사용, 시스템 남용, 보안상 필요한 경우 일부 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
When signing in with Apple or Google, account-based sync features may be available. Some features may be restricted in cases of misuse, system abuse, or security needs.
6. 광고와 보상 / Ads and Rewards
보상형 광고는 이용자가 명시적으로 선택했을 때 재생됩니다. 광고 완료 콜백을 기준으로 보상이 지급되며, 광고 시청 가능 횟수와 보상 조건은 운영 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
보상으로 지급되는 연습자산은 현금 가치가 없고 출금, 환급, 양도, 실제 가상자산 교환이 불가능합니다.
Rewarded ads play only when the user explicitly chooses to watch them. Rewards are granted based on ad completion callbacks, and available ad views or reward conditions may change according to operating policy.
Practice funds granted as rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, transferred, or exchanged for real crypto assets.
7. 진단 로그 / Diagnostic Logs
사용자는 설정의 데이터 메뉴에서 문제 분석을 위한 진단 로그 TXT 파일을 직접 생성할 수 있습니다. 진단 로그는 앱 화면 이동, 새로고침, 로그인 결과, 보상/모의투자 처리 결과, 오류와 크래시 단서를 담을 수 있으며, 인증 토큰, 광고 ID, 이메일 원문, 전체 계좌 데이터는 포함하지 않도록 처리합니다.
진단 로그는 자동 제출되지 않습니다. 사용자가 공유 화면에서 전달 대상을 선택한 경우에만 외부로 전송되며, 공유 이후의 보관과 처리에는 해당 대상의 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
Users can generate a diagnostic log TXT file from the Data menu in Settings for troubleshooting. Diagnostic logs may include app navigation, refresh events, login results, reward/mock trading processing results, errors, and crash clues, while excluding auth tokens, advertising IDs, raw email addresses, and full account data.
Diagnostic logs are not submitted automatically. They are sent outside the app only when the user chooses a destination from the share sheet, and the recipient's policy may apply after sharing.
